Tüm bedeni esnetip, rahatlatmak için 3 yoga duruşundan oluşan basit bir seri. En az 5 tekrar uyguladıktan sonra her pozda 10 derin nefes süresince kal.

 

A simple flow of 3 yoga poses, to strech and relax the body. After repeating at least for 5 times stay in every pose for 10 deep breaths.
